Coupon Feature

I have tried more than once to disable the coupon function where it gives 10% off to the same customer, it is still doing and some customers wait for the coupon. I want it disabled and can not find an email to support. I’m very close to cancelling this plug in as it’s been very hard to get support easily. I prefer email or a real phone call.
