Coupon field disappears once plugin is enabled

    Hi –

    Once I installed the plugin, the coupon field in the cart and checkout disappeared. The only way to get the coupon field back is to disable the plugin.

    I tried to add additional CSS to get the coupon field back, but that did not work.

    Can you please let me know if this can be fixed quickly or if I should try another plugin?
