Coupon field on fly cart instant checkout closes itself immediately

  • On the instant checkout page the coupon field briefly opens when you click on ‘click here to enter your code’, but it closes again immediately before you can enter a code.

    Which setting could be causing this?

    This behaviour stops after reloading the page.

    I use the Divi theme and the paid WPC Fly Cart plugin
    I als have WPC AJAX Add to Cart installed

    I just saw it happens on all the Woo notification fields, not just the coupon notification field. When I disable the WPC fly cart plugin, the coupon field behavious normally.

    I checked your site, the instant checkout popup doesn’t have the coupon field enabled: https://prnt.sc/c8ynGsrn8Syj.

    Since you are using the Premium version, in order to check this further, you can also contact our Support Forum https://wpc.ticksy.com/ or contact our developers at [email protected]. They might need to ask for your admin credentials to check this further. We can’t help you with that here since this forum is public.

    Thanks Janilyn. I hid the notification fields on the checkout field temporalily with css as a workaround. Customers can still enter a coupon code at the bottom of the WPC fly cart.

    I’ll contact support about the issue.
