Are you trying to add coupons to the plugin emails or to Fluent CRM emails?

If you are trying to add a coupon in the plugin email, we have settings in the email template for coupons.

If you want to add coupons in Fluent CRM emails, you have to add coupons in WooCommerce and put this coupon code in your email templates.

Hello, I think I have not explained myself well. The plugin automatically generates a coupon, I would like to send that coupon to the buyer in the FluentCRM email, the {{cart.coupon_code}} field that appears in the email.

Thanks for writing back.

The coupon code generated by our plugin can only be used in our plugin email templates only, using the shortcode {{cart.coupon_code}}.

We cannot use these coupons or shortcodes outside of the email template of our plugin.

If you want to add the coupon code in the fluent CRM emails, you have to manually create coupons in WooCommerce and then place these coupons in Fluent CRM email templates.
