Coupon gives weird discount

When manually add a coupon to our orders there seems to be a weird discount. The coupon is said to 50% yet the amount taken from the order isn’t half. We can’t figure out where it’s getting the number from. Especially because for some orders it does give a 50% discount. But for others it’s like this: https://imgur.com/aqsZbbv
Do you have any idea why it isn’t working properly and where it might be getting this amount from? Thanks!
