    I created a coupon for a subscription product. When I enter the code, it says it’s applied successfully, but I get an endless spinner in the order/payment area.

    How can I fix this?

    I understand that coupons do not function as expected currently on the site at https://mnrovers.org/.

    In order to have a better look at things, could you share a screenshot of the settings for that coupon, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good choice of (online) tool for sharing screenshots in the forum here.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

    Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve copied each, you can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

    Thanks for your response, I have since figured out that it’s a conflict with a plugin. https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-external-links/

    I just needed to tweak the settings and it’s working now.
