Coupon is not available in email

    Hi team,

    I want to understand how coupon is provided to the user, Via email or auto discount after clicking on link?

    If coupon is to be provided in the email then I do not see any coupon even after short code is available in template, Please check https://ibb.co/KwTLXp4

    Hello @pravinlpatel,

    In the screenshot you can see that a 10% discount is enabled and available for 24 hours, the discount will be auto-applied when users click on the ‘continue your purchase now’ link.

    Please test and incase of any issues, please let us know.

    I’ve observed that configured discount is not getting applied automatically when user click on ?‘continue your purchase now’ link.

    Hello @pravinlpatel,

    Thanks for writing back.

    Can you please check that specific template settings and make sure that you have the “Auto Apply Coupon” option checked?
