On one of the sites I manage I am seeing the Coupon management has moved! message again. I remember this being an issue a while ago, when the remove legacy coupon menu button was clicked it would go to another page but the message would persist. This was fixed at the time.

Now the banner is back again and the button does nothing. I followed the instruction to go to myPHPadmin and set the table entry for remove-legacy-coupon-menu to actioned but that seems to have already been set?

  • Hi @irishetcher

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with the Coupon management notification banner on one of your managed sites. You’ve stated that despite following the instructions to set the remove-legacy-coupon-menu to actioned in your PHPMyAdmin, the issue persists.

Firstly, it’s worth noting that the Coupon management has moved! message is typically displayed when there are changes to the coupon management system in newer versions of WooCommerce. This message should disappear once you’ve clicked on the remove legacy coupon menu button. However, if the button is not working, it could be due to a plugin conflict or an issue with the theme you’re using.

As a first step, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
