It looks the string is coming from Elementor when inspecting the site:

Is possible the site is managing the coupons via plugins?

If so, for us to take a closer look, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

So far there is no plugin to manage the coupon. I create the coupon through woocommerce myself.

In the Elementor no Loco translation file there is no such phrase.

Just following up on this.

From the system status it appears that the checkout page is overridden by Elementor. This could also be the reason behind the coupon message being skipped during translation. I noticed that your checkout page is much customized, so you might also want to check with your developer.

Getting the problem fixed. I used the “string locator” plugin indicated above and translated the message manually. Actually this message was a string not found in Elementor.
