    Actually upon reviewing your query again, I believe there might be another solution worth exploring.

    Please enable the “Javascript reload” option in “WooCommerce > Settings > URL Coupons > Advanced” and see if this works better for you.

    However if the issue persists, then please contact us through the official website so that we can ask the dashboard access there and check the issue closely.
