Coupon Not Valid

Can you hare the exact message you’re getting when applying that? Did you check the coupon usage – is that set to 1 or unlimited?

Just to check, are you getting the same thing when actually typing out the coupon code rather than just selecting from the dropdown generated by your browser? I’m asking as I’ve seen some browsers not assigning the value of the coupon code to the input field.

Yes its the same even actually typed the coupon. We are also using the Woocommerce One Page Checkout addon for this.

any update on this please? even newly created coupon says not valid too. can someone help us please

I’m not able to replicate this on my end using WooCommerce and WooCommerce One Page Checkout. Is that the extension that you’re using?

I recommend creating a staging site to avoid any issues with the live one.
