Coupon not working

    Hi,
    the coupon field appears in the cart but isn’t working.
    I deactivated all plugins and it was working, but it stopped working when I reactivated WPBakery page builder (6.4.0).
    Is there an incompatibility?
    The site is running with WP 5.5.1 and Woocommerce 4.5.2.

    We never tested WooCommerce with WPBakery Page Builder personally, so we cannot confirm if they are compatible or not.

    Since the issue is caused by their plugin, I recommend contacting their support team. They should be able to help you further!
