Coupon only applies after 2nd time

After clicking the URL Coupon, it should redirect you to the cart page by default or the URL you’ve set in the coupon then apply the coupon automatically. If the coupon doesn’t get applied automatically for the non-logged-in users, this might be because the URL is cached by your caching plugin or your hosting provider.

Please kindly exclude any links with /coupon/ on your caching plugin caching rule or ask your hosting provider to do so. This will allow the non-logged-in to use the Coupon URL as well.

Hey there, we tried disabling the caching plugin altogether but it didn’t make a difference.

I don’t think this is really a problem of logged in/vs non logged in, it might have something to do with cookies? Basically, when the user repeats the steps 2 and 3 for the second time, things work. Could this potentially be a problem on your side?

On the other hand, I created a URL coupon for this page (https://goodfor.us/gfpain1121a/), and I checked the box “Enable auto apply for this coupon”, the problem is it auto applies for everyone, and not only the people coming from that link. Is that intentional, is it supposed to auto apply for everyone regardless of if they’re at that link? If so, is there any way for me to change it so that it only applies to people at the link?
