coupon.png file duplication

    Hello,

    you have the coupon.png file duplicated in your plugin files:

    fluentform/assets/img/pro-fields/Coupon.png
    fluentform/assets/img/pro-fields/coupon.png

    One is a capitalized version and when I make a local save to my computer it is an issue, since Windows cannot store both versions, it wants to overwrite one with the other.
