• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

There is no Fatal errors… and at the moment of the Status report my Security plugin is also ON, but when I do the tests it was OFF so ignore it in the Status report.

Thanks for sharing the SSR and screenshots.

When testing this by using an email address on Checkout that is not added to the “Allowed emails” field in the coupon settings, are you able to actually complete the checkout after applying the coupon?

I’m asking as it is default behavior that the coupon can be applied on the Checkout page, however, since the coupon is verified against the customers billing email address on checkout, the order will not complete and the following notice will be displayed once trying to place the order:

Are you not seeing the above notice after clicking the Place Order button?

Yes, I actualy never try this, now I try to place an order and yes it show this msg which you mention above.

Is it possible some how (like extra code in Functions.php for example) adding a not Allowed Coupon to be forbiden in the time of aplying?
