Coupon restrictions not working

    I have two active coupons right now, each for 15%. One doesn’t expire and can only be used once. The other is temporary for a few days. I don’t want people to be able to combine the coupons for 30% off.

    I set both to “can’t be used with another coupon” but someone did just that. Am I missing a setting?

    This is time sensitive. I hope someone can help me soon!

    I goofed. All is good. I didn’t look closely enough at the order. The discount was $30, not 30%.

    Can’t see a way to delete my question.
