Coupon rule not working

Hello,

You can restrict coupon usage under Marketing > Coupons > [Your Coupon] > Usage Restriction. Please check out this documentation for more info: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/

If the restriction is not working properly, could you share a sample product URL (a product with the 50% discount applied) as well as a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I already enabled Usage restrictions to not enable it when products are on sale, but it gets ignored and the coupon is applied anyway.

I tried going back to an older version of woocommerce (4.9) but that did not work.

Thank you for your reply. I see that you are currently using Smart Coupons . Is there any chance you have applied additional conditions via the plugin? Also, can you run a conflict test to check it the issue is caused by your theme or plugin?

Thank you. I just tried on my end and the coupon did go through.

I understand you’ve disabled Smart Coupons, but could you also (1) temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and (2) disable all plugins except for WooCommerce?

This looks like a conflict issue with your theme or plugin. It could be with a plugin that is not related to coupons. So please try the above and let me know if the issue goes away.
