• My customers are trying to use the coupon code but when the coupon is applied they receive a “Coupon Usage Limit” in the card. When I review the coupon code in WP, it shows 0/1 used but still doesn’t work. When I change the usage limit (in WP) greater than 1 it works. Does the plugin have an option to increase the usage limit or what could be causing this issue?

    We are using the automatic generated coupon codes through the plugin. Would the cookie have anything to do with it? Does it expire once a customer clicks the email link and then they come back (a second time) and it expires?
