Thanks. I gave that a try. It’s got some good additional features, but doesn’t seem to work in this scenario unless I set it to only allow new customers. I need to

• Restrict coupon usage to an email domain *@email.com
• Prevent them from using the coupon code individually more than once

There was a bug reported for a similar problem and it has been fixed for the next version of WooCommerce, but can you have a look if your case is the same – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/26002
