According to documentation Coupon > Usage restriction > Product restriction is meant to make sure “these products must be in the cart for the coupon discount to apply”. But if you set couple of products in this restriction section still the coupon can be used if any of restricted product is missing in cart.

    Hello ximrx,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Could you confirm if you intend for the coupon to only work when all of the specified products are in the cart? Currently, the coupon will apply as long as any of the listed products are in the cart, not necessarily all of them.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

Thanks for clarification! The tool tip and documentation however are not clearly phrased as you explain.

    Tooltip reads:
? Products … that need to be in the cart in order for the ‘Fixed cart discount’ to be applied.

    Hey @ximrx ,

By default, the coupon will be applied if any one of the Products in the cart meet the Product criteria in the Coupon settings.

If you’d like more robust coupon configuration, the Conditional Coupons for WooCommerce extension might work for you. It allows you to apply rule groups to the coupon, and using the “AND” operator, you can add each specific Product that’s required in the cart before the coupon will apply.

    As per their documentation:

“Two rule groups are provided: the “and rule group” as well as the “or rule group.”

“The “and rule group” acts as the AND operator. With this, all conditions must be true.”

      Cheers,
