Coupon values and VAT

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the plugin, it looks very good and is a almost perfect fit for our business, but there is one issue.

    I have set in WooCommerce, that I will input all product prices with out VAT, this also includes Coupon values.

    Then, if I want to sell Coupon for 30 EUR with VAT included, I’m setting coupon product price at 24.79 EUR and system automatically ads 21%VAT at the final price for customer.

    When customer purchases this 30 EUR (w/ VAT) coupon, system automatically generates a coupon code with value 30 eur, but this is not correct, because customer is getting 30 EUR + 21% VAT value when shopping with this code. The system should have created a coupon code with value 24.79.

    How can I fix this?

    Could you please send a screen:

    • tax settings in WooCommerce > Tax panel
    • settings of the tax class assigned to the product PDF coupon
    • price added in the product edit panel
    • generated coupon

    I will verify these settings and get back with the arrangements.

    Many thanks for your patience. I just want to inform you that we have just released the Flexible PDF Coupons – Gift Cards & Vouchers for WooCommerce update, containing the proper fixes for the problem you’ve reported. So please simply do the update.

    If the WordPress updater hasn’t informed you about the newer versions available, please check for the updates manually, by choosing the Dashboard tab > Updates > Check Again option.
