• Hey there,

in our POS we are facing the issue, that we get an Fetch Error whenever we have an manual added item and coupons.

Without Coupons or without manual added item we have no issues.

Any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks & Best regards!

Depending on the role of the user that is encountering these Fetch errors. We suspect that specific role is not using the proper permissions for both actions. A Fetch error often means a permission is wrong or if you are using third party plugins, there could be a conflict in functionality.

For permission, we’ve highlighted here in this screenshot the permissions you should review for both features, green for the coupons functionality and blue for the products: https://ibb.co/TrWtVZC

If the permissions are correct. You may also consider running a conflict plugin test, to rule out any other conflicting plugins, as outlined here: https://www.bizswoop.com/plugin-theme-conflict-test/

Well that did not really work.

    But I found a workaround:

I added custom discounts; in the case of manual added items an percentage discount; i have to add a fixed discount with the absolut value of the percentage discount.

Thanks for letting us know you found a workaround to the issue.

One last comment, if you can pull PHP error logs or find an error occurring on the browser console. Send the log information to us, since it may contain sensitive information, issue a ticket at bizswoop.com/support. We’d be happy to continue investigating why that Fetch error is occurring for you. But good to hear for now, you do have a workaround in place.
