Coupon “WELCOMEBACK” does not exist!

    Hi,

    I have enabled the plugin but when customer wants to use the emailed coupon he gets “Coupon “WELCOMEBACK” does not exist!”

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Is your customer using the same email address that was used to generate the coupon?

    Each coupon will only work for the email that was used to generate it.
