Coupons and taxes issue

Hi,
I have a problem with woocommerce coupons & taxes. I’ve seen some related topics in WordPress forums and blog posts but couldn’t find a solution.
A customer who purchases products worth €100 (plus 10% VAT, which is €10) has a €100 discount coupon.
The subtotal of €110 appears in the cart and the discount of €100 is applied to that subtotal, so a final order total of €10 appears, including €0.91 VAT. These €10 have been refunded to the customer.

If we configure the taxes so that the cart and the payment are shown with prices without taxes included and the breakdown of VAT apart, then the subtotal is €100 and a discount of €90.91 is applied instead of €100, which would be correct . It seems that the discount is applied as if the €100 subtotal also includes VAT, when it does not.

Our goal is that when applying the €100 coupon to a cart with products worth €100, the total order must be €0 and therefore the taxes should also be €0.

Our goal is that when applying the €100 coupon to a cart with products worth €100, the total order must be €0 and therefore the taxes should also be €0.
Testing a purchase on your site I see the process appears to be working properly. When applying a 100,00€ discount coupon the total will be 0,00€.

I’m not sure what precisely you want to do but this is exactly the default/expected behavior and I’ve also tested on one of my dev sites with only WooCommerce core enabled and the Storefront theme.
