Coupons are not deducted from the payment

    When you use a coupon, it is deducted from the basket, but as soon as you reach your payment gateway, it is not deducted from the amount you have to pay.

    What should we do about it …?

    Does this mean that the discount is removed after you pay? Or on Checkout page before you pay? I did a test by adding a product to cart and went to Checkout page, it looks like the store credit discount is still there: https://d.pr/i/G6OP50

    Could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

    Our coupons have not worked after we updated a number of plug-ins on our site 5-7 days ago. But this morning DK time and after Smart Coupons made an update to their plug-in yesterday, it actually seems to work …

    I’m on my way to work, and will test it even more in an hour. And then I will write IF there are still problems. But the 2 test orders that I just ran through worked …

    Now it does not work …
    We have a TEST page where we have updated to wordpress 5.5.1 as our normal teenstyle runs on wordpress 5.4.2

    Our test page is called:

    And after an update to WP 5.5.1 on the test page, it does not work either.

    You have to go all the way out the payment window to see that it does not work. And our payment window URL is: https: //payment.quickpay.net / …

    I have made the same code in our TEST environment and the code is: 8jopnx-TEST

    Do you have any suggestions on what this might be?
