    Hi, after the latest update I have added this code on my function.php file add_filter(‘wt_smart_coupon_display_invalid_coupons’, ‘__return_true’);
    but the coupons are still not showing on My Coupons page under Available Coupons.

    Please, assist me on this as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I just had another similar issue in which a newly created coupon would not appear in the “My Coupons” nor during check-out.

    I discovered that this happens when the customer’s email address has a capital letter in it and is easily resolved if the email address is edited and changed to small CAPS.

    Hope this helps resolve this bug.

    After the latest update (1.4.2), we have fixed the issue (as confirmed by many users) with the coupons not being visible on the My Account page. The code snippet we shared was for the 1.4.1 version. It won’t make any difference with the latest version. Hope it is clear.

    The issue you are experiencing might be theme-specific or due to conflicts with other third-party plugins.

    Can you please check the same using the Storefront theme? Also, in order to check whether the issue is caused by conflicts with other third-party plugins, you may deactivate all plugins except Smart Coupons and WooCommerce plugins and then activate the rest of the plugins one by one. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @claudiomartins,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our notice. When the customer’s email address (WooCommerce > Customers > Email) contains a capital letter, the coupons are not displayed on the My Account & Checkout pages. We will look into this and fix it in the next update if possible.

    @soad2609 Please check whether the issue you are experiencing is related to this problem.
