    Hi,

I think I found a bug in your plugin:

When a user uses a Coupon, the system ALWAYS shows this message “Coupons are disabled for this product”. The problem appears only when the option “Disable all if any rule applied” in your plugin settings. I mean, when any pricing rule is applied, the system is showing this message anyway.

If the option “Apply” external coupons is enabled, everything is working fine.

How could I disable coupons ONLY when a princing rule is applied?

    Thank you so much!
    Regards

    Hi Alex,

I think the problem wasn’t solved with your answer one week ago.

During this week I saw some promocodes are correctly applied in cart, but in TOTAL field, the price was still shown without applying the discount.

I disabled your plugin, and then in all cases Total field was correct.

Before disabling your plugin I tried to change coupons settings in your plugin. I tried the tree options, but I coudn’t fix the problem.

Any idea how could we fix it?

    Thank you so much,
    Luis

    Good day, @luispf39,

Could you send us a ticket in the helpdesk with the screenshots of the rule and cart?
