Coupons display incorrectly/intermittently

Thank you for sharing the screenshots of the coupon edit pages.

The configuration seems to be the same for both coupons, so both should be displayed to normal users.

The BTS10 not being displayed on the checkout page might be due to the ‘Usage limit per user’ option. Have you made an order with this coupon in the past? Additionally, the plugin uses the users’ email addresses to determine the limit. So if you view the site as a guest user, the coupon won’t be displayed since it is impossible to determine the usage without knowing the email address.

Please share the URL of the site so we can test the working of the coupon on your store.

For further troubleshooting this issue, you may try the following steps:

1. Clear the site cache and Save the coupons once more.
2. Remove the ‘Usage limit per user’ option and check again.
