Coupons Issue Checkout Page

Hi,
The issue of coupons not applying correctly has existed for about two years. Since it occurs randomly, testing and identifying the exact cause have been challenging.
Approximately 20% of customers report experiencing one of the following issues:
- The coupon appears to be applied (with a green tick at checkout), but the price does not update until they apply it a second time.
- The price updates correctly at checkout, but the customer is still charged the full amount.
If you have encountered a similar issue, could you share how you resolved it? I would greatly appreciate any insights.
