    Hi,

    The issue of coupons not applying correctly has existed for about two years. Since it occurs randomly, testing and identifying the exact cause have been challenging.

    Approximately 20% of customers report experiencing one of the following issues:

    1. The coupon appears to be applied (with a green tick at checkout), but the price does not update until they apply it a second time.
    2. The price updates correctly at checkout, but the customer is still charged the full amount.

    If you have encountered a similar issue, could you share how you resolved it? I would greatly appreciate any insights.

    We haven’t received any other reports of a similar issue. Could you confirm if you are using any third-party plugins related to coupons or checkout? It’s possible that another plugin might be interfering and causing this behavior.

    Hi, Thank you for your reply.

    We do not use any third-party plugins for the coupons. We use standart one WP.

    The messages we get from our customer are as follow “I just made a purchase with order number “#17978”. At the time of purchase I used the discount code “Feb30%OFF” which came out as correct. When I finalized the payment, I have been charged 100%”
