Coupons not displaying in my account

We tried to replicate the issue on our test site. But we were able to view the coupons on the My coupons tab successfully. The issue you are facing might be theme specific. Could you please change the theme to Storefront and check the My coupons tab once more?

Tried, and it is the same problem as storefront theme.

I noticed that only applied coupon is shown in My Coupon Tab.

In the latest version of the plugin, the coupons are displayed on the My Account page based on the validity of the cart items. We created?a code snippet?to turn off the plugin’s validity checking and display the coupons as required. Please copy the code snippet from here and paste it into your active theme’s functions.php file.

NB: The?fixes will be included in the plugin’s next release, and you will no longer require the?code snippet.
