It looks like coupons are not working as expected since updating WooCommerce to it’s latest version, correct?

Are you using the coupons feature built-in to WooCommerce core, or are you using a plugin to manage coupons?

I’d like to take a closer look at your sites current environment, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report.

I am unable to replicate the issue on my test site which uses the latest version of WooCommerce core, as coupons are adding without any issues:

I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts causing the issue. You can do this by following the steps outlined in the support guide below:

The best way to perform these checks is to test in a staging environment. This is a clone of your live site where you can make changes, including deactivating plugins and switching themes, without affecting your live site. This can be done using the free WP Staging plugin.

If you do make any changes or perform updates on your live site, we always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

Is it possible to download the previous version of WooCommerce so that I can revert to that on the live site for the time being?

Just an update to let you know that rolling back to 5.4 resolved the issue.

I will troubleshoot which plugin seems to be causing the issue.

Are you able to confirm whether changes were made to the coupon functionality in 5.5?

After checking the change log, I can confirm no updates or improvements to coupon functionality were made. However, we recommend using the checkout shortcode on your checkout page since WooCommerce core now defaults to block. This is because some themes and plugins may not support it well. This could potentially solve your problem.

I have similar situation. coupons disappeared from checkout, from admin menu and the checkbox in Woocommerce preferences in not checked. I check it and press save, the page refreshes and again not checked. any assistance please
