Course allways shows “free”

The plug in is really helpful for someone that wants to star an academy, but the course price doesn’t work well… i put the price but it always shows “free” like it doesn’t accept the price. Maybe i need to install something else and it is not easy to know what. I also couldn’t find easily where to put a support ticket. If you could help i would be thankful
