Course and Membership featured images problem

Hi,

I finally decided to try out Lifter LMS 3.x.x today after lots of compatability concerns. I did a full site backup before hand and just generally tested things out. I will end up on version 3 in the future but I am not quite ready yet to make the change (will take some downtime).

One thing I noticed when I changed to 3.x.x and is still there when I restored my backup: The courses and memberships pages all display the featured images perfectly. When I click onto a membership or course page I just see the description/course outline with no image at the top of the page which used to be the case.

Any ideas why this has happened? Only happened since the update and then backup restore.
