• Using woocomerce as eCommerce Engine if Automatically Complete WooCommerce Orders option is Disable the course isn’t available to student AFTER the student purchase the course, but a another bug happen when Automatically Complete WooCommerce Orders is enable: there is no way to set a refund if the order is complete.

The ideal is after a student buy a course the course is available for he and the order status should be In Process and after a X days change to Complete. This way the costumer has the X days to request a refund and the course will be available for he immediately after he pays for it.

    Hello @roberr02,

If you disable autocomplete option then you need to complete the order status manually from woocommerce order section.

Yes but if autocomplete option is disable the costumer clicks on the course and he can’t see the content, is like he’s never buy it. The course is not available to him.

    Hello @roberr02,

That’s what I told you normally when the order status is completed only then a student can access to the course. So if the autocomplete option is off you have to go to the order list page and make the purchase course status to completed and only then the student can access the course.

There is some code snippet to make course available to student with the payment status equals to “Processing”?
