Can you provide more details:

• Provide screenshots from the console. it can be done by opening dev tools in your browser (Ctrl + Shift + I in Google chrome).
• What is URL of your website? Does LMS pages generated correctly in MS LMS > LMS Settings > LMS pages section

Perhaps this was a problem with the PRO version.
It occurred in 4.0 and reverting back to 3.98 does not cause the problem.

I have the same problem after update and only on the other language version of the website. Course Builder working only in main category english version. What to do with that?

You should remove the instructor account that was created for us, because it is not recommended sharing access according to Forum rules.

The problem with the blank editor when WPML is active was fixed in our previous update:
