    Hi There,

I am creating an in-house (organization) Help website that consists of Knowledge & Learning Management System and is hosted on an internal server.

I am using ‘Likeawiki’ theme that suits my requirements for creating this website. I installed ‘LifterLMS’ plugin and have configured it as per the instructions provided by you. Everything works fine except two things.
    – I have created a ‘Course’ page and linked the courses to appear on the page. It is mighty messed up and I am sure this is because of some incompatibility with the current theme
    – When I click on ‘Enroll’ button, it gives an ‘500 nternal Error’ message. I assume this is because the particular purchase plan page doesn’t exist. I have done the required settings as per the instructions but still get this issue.

Would require your help to fix the same.

    Thanks in advance!

  • @omegacube,

First off, sorry you’re having issues here!

Second, please help me out and provide me with some information, see the sticky: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/read-this-before-posting-11/

If you can’t provide access because of firewalls and whatever can you please at least give me a screencap of what “Mighty Messed Up” is!

Theme compatibility is a tough thing… “Mighty messed up” is a bummer and I’d like to help you out but that isn’t a technical issue I can actually solve!

500 errors almost always come with an actual error message once WP_DEBUG is enabled. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and let me know what the error message is, this will allow me to not guess blindly at the issue and provide you with an actual solution.

    Thanks,
