    Hello,

    After several months testing and now I create a online Chinese learning school with your application, I think it’s great and easy solution,

    I have several questions, they might be relative,

    1. Instructors are not familiar with “WordPress” platform, but need to upload media and Q & A.

    Teachers as partners, they created course, but they might not familiar with the platform interface, and course page will integrated with woo-commerce system, they have no ahthority to edit WooCommerce product. That’s why I will help instructors to organize or edit courses as a product with same information in woo-commerce.

    So I ask them giving the materials or course plan then I can help them to edit courses in TutorLMS, but they need to upload the medias, which are often “big” files, but same status — they are not familiar “how to upload” medias and edit “course builders”.

    If they upload media to google drive, medias can’t be upload via TutorLMS, I have to do two steps: first download from google drive and upload on TutorLMS. And It take lot of time due to big size of media.

    But another question happen, if I use a “single website instructor account” to help instructors edit courses for different instrutors , they can not check their courses Q & A through the “single website instructor account” because of they are different partners.

    2.Multi-Instructors Function
    This is new added function, I tried to build an account for a instructor, after she upload medias, I can contented to edit courses, but there are two problems happened,

    first the course page show up “two instructors”, but as a administrator I just want help her to edit, not want show my name in the “instructors”.

    second question is that I found the instructor account can’t view the courses now, maybe it’s because of “administrator” update or edit the course?

    3.Course Update (change topics)
    Sometimes we will edit a course before the instructor upload their media, for the product marketing reason, or instructor might “change” their outline after courses media finished, but today an instructor told me, she can’t see the “topic” which has shown on course page, I don’t know why? because I might change it as an administrator role? or because “multi-instructors” function?

    And I tried to delete the old topic I create on course edit page, I found it can only “every time delete one topic” and every time after delete action it backs to the head and I have to scroll down to delete next one topic.

    Is it possible I can choose to if I want to show “instructor” or “which instructor”? and could it be I am a “course coordinator” (product manager) only?
    not involved to be an instructor (maybe also be) , but as a role only to edit course and product page.

    4.Different partner (Instructors) might have different collaborative way to share the course revenue, but it can only set 1 kind, besides, real partner in offline might consider some expense like PayPal cost and etc.

    Before I try to change the link from Chinese to English, it can’t work, but today is OK, I don’t know why.

    Thanks a lot for using Tutor LMS and contacting us.

    1. If your instructors don’t understand the WordPress interface, they can simply create the course using the Frontend Course Builder of Tutor LMS pro. When you are using the free version, you need to create a WooCommerce product with the course price for your instructor. Then they will be able to select the product in the Course add/edit screen.

    Instructors have access to upload the mp4 video files from the course creation interface. You don’t need to upload files for them. Can you please explain the QA issue with a few screenshots or a video (if possible)?

    2. You can remove yourself from the instructor list of the course. Here is the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/nXXngwT.

    I am not 100% sure about the second issue. Can you please describe your issue with a few screenshots or a video (if possible)?

    3. The instructor needs to have the Tutor Instructor role to make changes in the course.

    4. The main author of the course will get earning: https://imgur.com/a/0u7NeeG. Not the other instructors. And you need to set the withdrawal method from Tutor LMS > Settings > Withdrawal: https://prnt.sc/s37lsb. There are three options available: Bank Transfer, E-check, PayPal

    5. Maybe you have not saved the permalink after changing that.

    First of all thanks for the appreciation.

    Let me try to answer your queries.

    => This is the frond-end course builder view of Tutor LMS available for the instructors to make courses with ease https://ibb.co/bbw3q4T

    This is a Pro feature and you can get this in front end dashboard https://prnt.sc/r13ke3

    The builder will create and assign a product automatically if it is said to Paid from the front end builder. Instructors can upload the featured images and others with ease from there

    2.Multi-Instructors Function

    => This is also a Pro feature, Sorry. In Tutor LMS Pro, you can add as you need instructors to a single course to collaborate. Please follow the docs: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/multi-instructors/

    => We will implement this in future updates. . You can look for Paid Membership Pro docs for this as we have support for that

    => It should work fine Dear. . If you change Dashboard and course archive page link assign them properly from Tutor LMS > Settings > General and Courses tab
