Course Page Changing

Hi,

I have been through the plug in and changed the pages (layouts) that it creates; e.g. removed the site footer, put in a new title bar, new menu (to a courses menu). I have applied that to each of the pages (teachers, checkout etc), but I have applied it to the basic courses page and it is not changing anything.

It shows on WordPress (in the elements build section) that the footer is set to not displaying, it shows that the courses menu should be displaying: but none of it is. It’s like there is an override which ignores whatever settings is applied to the courses page and the site settings stay default.

Please advise.
