Course Sync not happening

  • Hi,
    Yesterday i setup a staging site for a client and configured the plugin exactly as mentioned.
    Yesterday i had one course in Moodle and when i did the sync, it worked fine.

    After that i added couple of new courses and did a sync but they did not show up on the wordpress end.

    I double checked all the settings. The test connection works fine.
    But the sync is not happening.

    Anything that could be the issue?

    If needed, i can share a support email with the location to the staging url.

    Hi @spk100

    We tried replicating the issue which you mentioned and found out that the issue was regarding the time out duration.

    We then increased the time out and found the courses were successfully synchronizing whenever we tried to sync them.
