I have Coursepress Pro installed with some courses I had loaded into it. I have recently added the WooCommerce Chained Products extension and noticed that when it’s active, the courses don’t work properly.

I can only click on any courses and see the title; none of the actual content shows so I, nor any customers, can work through the course whilst this plugin is also active.

I have had to deactivate Chained Products, and when I reported the glitch to WPMUDev, they asked me to post the issue here.

Hey there @arlettew thank you for contacting us.

Really sorry to hear that, I was wondering if you have an active account with us? If that’s the case you should be able to report the issue here https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/support/#get-support

If you have the free version of CoursePress then we can continue here. I was wondering if when you have the WooCommerce Chained Products active could you please active the browser console and let us know if you see any errors there? (You can see the console by right-clicking anywhere on the page then select the option to “Inspect”, then search for the console tab).

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi again. Sorry, not sure why I typed Chained Products! It’s actually Product Add-Ons that I am having trouble with!

I looked at the browser console and this is what was reported:

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
[Violation] Forced reflow while executing JavaScript took 46ms
    sdk.js:160
    [Violation] ‘setTimeout’ handler took 52ms

    Hello @arlettew

    I trust you’re doing well!

I am afraid the Product Add-Ons plugin is a premium plugin and we do not have access to it. I’ve checked and we had no similar reports regarding this issue on our end.

Per WordPress regulations, we can’t support premium plugins, like Product Ad-Ons in here, I’m afraid. If you have an account with us, please contact us directly via this link so we could have a closer look:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/support/#get-support

Please see on your site if the same behavior happens when only CoursePress plugin along with Woocommerce and Product Add-Ons plugins active, with all the other plugins, deactivated. If the issue persists, please report this to Woocommerce support team.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
