• When I create a course, and I want to check it how it looks, the coure shows me grades like “pass” or “fail”, even if I didn’t check any answer. In the course I did’n check any answer as correct and “Assessable” in unchecked too. How can I fix it?

    Hello there @boboshulche,

hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching us! ??

I wasn’t able to replicate this in a local site of mine using the dummy course included with the plugin.
Could you please export this course (clone and strip any sensitive information first), upload it in a service like Dropbox or Google Drive and post the shareable link here in your next reply?

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

I noticed that when just preview the course like instructor or student, not answer the questwions, the workbook of the student is with data, all “fail” and I can’t clear it. Is that how it’s got to be? I’m clicking on “Next” button, not on “Save and exit”

On Student menu (CoursepressPro) I see my account as student, but I’m not enrolled on any course, I’m the instructor. I can’t withdrow myself and clear the data, so it showing me grades. I tried to add another account for student, and withdrow it, so it clears the data and than when add it again, it’s OK.

The problem with grades is always in dropdown exersices ana not everytime in other type of exersices.

    Hello there @boboshulche,

I have imported your course to my lab site but when I check the course from a non-student account I can’t replicate the “fail/pass” grades as you see.
So this leads me to the conclusion that it might be something specific to your site.

Please perform a plugin/theme conflict test and see if this will give any results.
Let us know how it goes.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
