    Hi.
    It turns out that we bought a course, currently we only have one. At the end we have selected that an account is created mandatory to be able to buy.

    We have the page of my courses where the purchased courses are shown

    but no matter how much you buy the courses never appear there … the only possible way we have to access the course is on the newly purchased link or from the email received when buying … then it can no longer be accessed.

    I also have the Woocommerce checkbox activated in sensei, which I really don’t know what it does.

    Some configuration I must have wrong … only as administrators the url of my courses works … as a normal user, I have never got it to work.

    I hope your help please.

    When joining woocommerce with sensei, I don’t know if it left me some configuration.

    in any case also ask if it is possible that within woocommerce as it comes out: downloads, data, …. add there option to access the courses … or is that not possible?

  • Please check that the status of the WooCommerce orders for the people who have purchased the course is Processing or Completed. If the order status is something else (e.g. Pending Payment), then the student will not be enrolled in the course and the course will not appear on My Courses.
