    Hi.
    I’m using Learnpress + LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration to sell courses. Learnpress is working ok, the plugin to integrates WooCommerce payments is working fine, but seems that they are not connected.
    The problem is that I can buy courses, the payment gateways works fine, I can buy and the order on WooCommerce is ok, but after purchasing I cannot enroll any courses. It’s like I’m buy nothing, just paying to store. I cannot understand.
    If I go to course page it appears a button “add to cart” again, and if I check “my account”, there’s Woocommerce order but no courses available to enroll.
    It happens if I configure it to sell as a product or the “regular” Learpress way.
    I also checked the “auto start” option in Learnpress → Settings → Courses.
    What am I doing wrong?

    I tried getting a ticket, but I received a message that the support date expired although licence still valid (Eduma theme). Looks like this plugin became useless for me now =(

    Hi,

    If your license support expired, you can create a ticket on the free forum that has the name LearnPress plugin on our support system. We support all customer who has a premium license but has been expired via that forum.

    Thank you for your answer. I was looking at that forum and seems that another person has the very same issue https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/learnpress-woocommerce-payment-methods-integration-not-working/. Unfortunately it’s not possible to see the answers, otherwise I probably would have the problem solved by now. I’m going to create a new topic there.

    Hi,

    The user on the forum gives an error when updating the database error during the upgrade process. He needed back up the website, then go to Dashboard / Learnpress / Tools / Database / Re-upgrade
    You can check on your site.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I just figured out what was happening: while developing website I use very hard security; I blocked wp-admin folder with password and even using password to unblock folder, that was causing the issue.
