OK after much frustration I managed to solve my own problem.

I went to manually edit the “Courses overview” page in the block editor and added the block “Courses displayed as grid” (but any other Sensei LMS course block would probably work too). I think there must have been some code that was corrupted while I was translating the pages using my multilingual plugin, WPML.

Hope this helps anyone in the future with the same issue!

    Hi @lingosing,

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing the solution! I’m very glad to hear that you were able to figure out the fix. I’ll forward this to our development team so they’re aware.

That said, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread resolved, but if you have any other questions feel free to create a new thread! ??

    Hi @lingosing,

Our developers took a look and believe this is one of the ongoing incompatibility issues between Sensei and WPML which they are planning to resolve as a part of a bigger project.

To investigate further, we’d like to understand which Course block exactly you added. Am I correct in understanding that:

    • You initially had a default Course Overview page with the Course List block.
    • Initially, the Course List block patterns were something other than the grid layout.
    • Once you changed the Course List block pattern into Grid layout, all courses showed up.

By Course List block and block patterns, I mean the ones highlighted in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/BHyIix

    Is that correct?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

That’s correct. I basically had to fix the default Course Overview page

    Hi there, @lingosing,

It seems like you have found a way to sort thay out, which is great news.

As for the issue itself, we can’t reproduce it at our end at the moment, but we have logged it so we can investigate it further as we can replicate it.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or doubts, otherwise we should be all set.
