    Hello @sinerforce

    Thank you for reaching out!

I could not open the courses page on your website, due to maintenance mode. Then I tested the problem in our testing environment.

The Load more button is appearing on mobile view (Screenshot) when the number of courses is more than what should be displayed on one page (Screenshot).

Please, disable maintenance mode and share screenshots from LMS settings.

    Kind regards

    Hello @ericstylemixthemes !

I will deactivate maintenance mode for you to see whats happening!

The Load more button isn’t working in every display mode, I createad 10 test courses and in LMS settings I have this (Screenshot)

    Hello @sinerforce

I visited the courses page, and when I scroll down the page is reloading continuously:

It seems there is a conflict with another plugin. To check the problem in detail, please disable third-party plugins and activate the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help us to understand what exactly is causing the problem.

If problem persists, please share screenshots from the console.

    Kind regards

    Hello,
This topic is tagged as resolved. However I don’t see a true resolve to the OP’s question regarding responsiveness. My LMS Masterstudy course is not responsive on mobile devices. I’m looking for guidance on how to make the course responsive on mobile devices. Is there a setting? Style sheet guidance? My primary WordPress site is responsive but the course page is not.

    Hello dear,

The default LMS plugin courses are responsive by default. We recommend you check by using WordPress default themes and by deactivating extra plugins as well (for testing). In addition, The PC browsers’ default responsive windows are not able to correctly display the site appearance in general. We recommend you check your site display behavior on real mobile and tablet devices.

    Cheers

I am not using the standard theme. I am using a theme called Nerve. I would hope I don’t have to modify our website in order for the theme to work. Our website is https://www.technology-research-services.org. the website and theme in use is responsive, but our courses as mentioned most certainly are not. How do I connect with you to share the course page?

    Hello @johnsodd

The theme that you are using was last updated on 29 June 2015 and may not support the latest web technologies. The Masterstudy LMS plugin is responsive when the themes follow the latest technologies.

If you could share the courses link here we can test it on our side and try to provide the proper solution.

    Kind regards

    Sure,the page is technology-research-services.org/courses-page/learning-cryptocurrency
As mentioned, the theme is Nerve. Confirmed the use of the standard them and you are correct that the plugin is responsive with the default theme(twenty twenty one & twenty twenty two). Reverting to the default theme requires us to revamp our entire website for your plugin. We’d love to make this work with the Nerve theme we’ve invested our resources in.

Hello, I wanted to follow-up again with regard to my last post to see if you could help us. People are complaining about the usability of our course on a phone and it would be great if you could help as you implied in your last note. I can also be reached by my contact email you have on file. My customer ID: 5680585, and my plugin ID: 5473. Thanks in advance for your help.
