Nothing from the devs… Not supported?

Nice to see the export & import “add-on” provided doesn’t work either… No response from support – broken add-ons. HELP?

1. After the crash we started building from scratch:
1a. How do we get our orders into a new install?
1b. Once we get the orders will this get us our comments back?

2. When we try to export/install add on we can not import as it errors out.

Okay so at this point I don’t care about the import of courses. How do i rebuild all of my students in my new site? How do I bring in all of the legacy data from the old site to the new?

Just migrate your old site’s database to the new one. You may try this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/
