The website I linked has only been designed for mobile, hasn’t been optimized for desktop resolutions yet.

I have two questions regarding crop size.

First, is it possible to change the cover image crop size? I have made the cover image area smaller, so it’d be nice to crop to that size.

Second, the crop doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. If you look at the website I referenced the image is off center and not cropped even though I did crop it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @motat331,

You may configure the image upload settings by referring to the following steps :

    1) Login to WordPress Dashboard. Go to “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Uploads” menu.

    2) Configure the options for profile and cover image file size and width here.

    3) Save it.

If image size is very small, the crop functionality will adapt accordingly.

You may try to apply custom css if you are facing issue with cover image’s display on site, since there might be conflict with theme css.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for your response!

I just tried this but it did not solve my issue.

It seems like it’s not cropping at all. I upload a image, crop it to my desired image, and then when the image displays it’s still the entire full image.

    Here is an example https://imgur.com/a/k3Cq1lt

Note the first image, the crop square does no include the apple. The second picture still has the apple. And the third image, it shows that it is displaying the entire image. So no cropping happened.

Thank you for your support, looking forward to your answer.
