Cover Image not showing up on Mobile

  • Hi. I have a video in the hero section and colibri says that the video might not be compatible with mobile devices to save on bandwidth. So there was an option to upload a cover photo, for instances when the video doesnt play. However, even after setting a cover image, I cant see any cover on mobile devices because anyway the video doesnt play on mobiles. Please help ASAP.

    Do other issues like this happen or is it just on newly published items. (I may have a related issue)
