Cover Logo, Menu, Social Icons

Hi Mohsin,
It is not possible to create a banner that works for every single theme available to WordPress. The reason the banner is covering your menu and logo is because your theme uses an HTML and CSS structure which is not immediately compatible with the banner. I designed this banner to work with HTML that follows best practices in modern web design. However, this does not work for every theme because every theme does not follow proper web design best practices. This is the reason I added the custom CSS sections within the banner settings. @rpetersen29 Please don’t ask people to email you. You mean well, but sadly that’s something people do in order to get access to people’s sites for nefarious purposes. Our guidelines prohibit that, so please don’t do it again.

What’s the solution now? You at least give us a video tutorial about how to fix this problem. Can you please write me custom CSS for me? I added website link above. Thanks

@ipstenu Understood and that makes sense as a security risk. I reported this topic mainly due to the forceful nature of the request for help. But I’ll make sure to handle support requests within the threads from now on.

As for @mohsinworld, due to my limited time and the HTML and CSS structure of your theme as well as the JavaScript that runs alongside it, I suggest you pick a new theme in order to make the banner work for you.

Have good faith in people. What you read as forceful they wrote as pleading. It’s hard to gauge intent in text. ??
