Cover Transaction Fee Not Showing

    Hello. I have the plugin set to show the “cover the transaction fee” and I am using style 1 to have multi-step. The problem is, that on the third step when it goes to checkout page it then scrolls to bottom where card info is needed. It skips the top of the checkout page for users to even see the “cover the transaction fee”. This is a big problem on mobile, not so much on desktop where there is a lot of screen and users can see it.

    In summary, the “cover the transaction fee” is there on the final checkout page, but if they don’t see it first, they most likely will not use that option because they did not know it existed.

    Do you have a solution? Hope so, really like this setup! Thank you.

    Hi roni_gabriel,

    thanks for reaching out.
    I am working on a change that would always scroll to the top of the donation form when the user walks through the steps. The problem is that some themes have a sticky header that would overlay some of the donation form, so this is currently a work in progress. If you want to make sure that the users see the checkbox you can try using style 2 or style 4.
